CCR Manager
​Learn and become proficient in dispatching software. Manage and oversee technician scheduling. Track call progress and client satisfaction. Report metrics and suggest improvements and modifications to client management system in use. Log and input client data gathered by technicians. Call clients about promotions based on inputted data for their home.
CCR Representative
Learn and become proficient in dispatching software. Manage and oversee technician scheduling. Track call progress and client satisfaction. Call clients about promotions based on inputted data for their homes.
Entry Level Apprentice/ Laborer
Learn plumbing related and adjacent tasks. Learn plumbing and construction field terminology. Learn national codes and local by-laws pertaining to work related tasks. Proficiency in sales and client communication are assets.
Apprentice Plumbers / Plumbers (level 1 - 5) / (double RSC)
A focus on residential service and small commercial projects. Drain cleaning, Water testing, install and service water treatment systems, Occasional rural and agricultural work (stock waterers, septic systems, wells and pumps).
